Pulse ISM was founded because our CEO realized that many imaging providers were being underserved when it came to getting their message out. Working with Samsung Healthcare—implementing marketing with facilities and providers in the midwest—showed her what providers were experiencing from vendors. She found that often they were using different vendors for different messaging platforms: website, social media, graphics, video, listings, and content. Doing this, she found, led to duplicate efforts, mixed messaging, communication inefficiencies, and, worst of all, wasted money.
